Payment Terms and Conditions
Site & Use Terms
All Terms and Conditions of payment are based upon the governing documents of the homeowner association. Payments made will be applied to your account based upon the Declaration or Indentures of your homeowners association. All payments will be applied to the oldest invoice due. There will be a convenience fee of $15 for all payments made via the online payment process. Payments made via the online payment portal are limited to $400.00 per transaction. For credit card payments above $400.00, please contact us to make special arrangements.
Payments made via the online payment portal are non-refundable, except as provided by the governing documents of your homeowner association.
